Shipping Information
What are the delivery costs?
We deliver exclusively within the borders of South Africa. All orders exceeding the value of R2000 (including VAT) qualify for free delivery. For orders under the value of R2000 (including VAT), a flat delivery fee of R122 will be incurred.
How long will it take to get my package?
Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please note that no deliveries will be arranged on weekends and public holidays.
How long do deliveries normally take?
Once payment has been received by us, deliveries will typically take between 3-4 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and location. Please be aware that orders paid via EFT payments may experience delayed delivery times due to payment processing delays.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you may need to sign up and create a simple user account with your details to successfully secure an online cash purchase or create an MTN contract order.
